WHY THESE WERE ARCHIVED

Narrowing to a working list of three

The original thirteen-site review spanned San Mateo and Santa Clara Counties across a wide range of entitlement postures, from fully entitled and shovel-ready sites to purely conceptual land plays. To keep the live shortlist focused for buyer review, it was narrowed to the three strongest candidates on a combination of townhome product fit, entitlement clarity, and basis: 1893 Woodland Ave, 2080 Almaden Rd, and 1236 W Hacienda Ave. The ten properties on this page remain fully diligenced and available for reactivation if priorities shift.
